   Your data stays yours

   Your business keeps all rights to the data it shares. DADS processes it only to run the service.

2. AX-2

   Consent for every use

   Data is shared only with your consent, for a stated purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. AX-3

   Correct company details

   You keep your company details current and tell us when your business changes.

4. AX-4

   Security incidents

   You report a security incident that affects shared data within 72 hours.

5. DADS-1

   Farm register

   DADS may match your business with the Slovenian farm register (KMG-MID).

6. DADS-2

   Applicable law

   Disputes are settled under Slovenian law.
